    • Email subject lines and snippets
    • Email timestamps
    • Tracking numbers extracted from shipping emails

    We do NOT access:

    • Personal emails unrelated to deliveries
    • Email attachments
    • Full email body content (only snippets)
    • Emails from non-courier senders

    We use your information solely to:

    • Scan for shipping-related emails from recognized courier services
    • Extract tracking numbers and delivery status information
    • Display your shipment tracking dashboard

    We store minimal data necessary for the service to function. Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. We never store full email content—only metadata and extracted tracking information.

    OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are only used to access Gmail on your behalf. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and regular security audits.

    We do NOT:

    We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data including shipment records, email metadata, and authentication tokens are permanently deleted within 24 hours.

    8. Gmail API Data Usage

    ClearTrackAI uses the Gmail API to detect shipment notification emails for delivery tracking purposes.

    We use Google Sign-In to authenticate your account. Gmail inbox access is not requested.

    We do not:

    • Modify, delete, or send emails
    • Store full email bodies
    • Access attachments
    • Use email data for advertising

    We only store shipment-related metadata such as:

    • Tracking number
    • Courier name
    • Delivery status
    • Timestamp

    Users may revoke Gmail access at any time from their dashboard or from their Google Account permissions page.

    9. Google API Services

    ClearTrackAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    10. Children's Privacy

    Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
